Beta Oil’s Quarter Losses Rise to $1.9 Million
Beta Oil & Gas Inc., a Newport Beach energy company, said it lost $1.9 million, or 21 cents a share, for the third quarter, compared to a net loss of $185,094, or 3 cents a share, for the like period last year. Revenue totaled $254,332. No revenue was reported for the 1998 third quarter.
