** Will Smith, “Willennium,” Columbia. Does Will Smith’s thievery know any bounds? On his latest exercise in shameless appropriation (due Tuesday), the artist formerly known as the Fresh Prince grabs more jams from the hip-hop thrift store. Filching familiar songs from the Clash, Diana Ross, LTD and Michael Jackson, Smith spins a lot of bogus Mack Daddy jive like a G-rated Wu-Tang Clansman. “Eclecticism is a virtue,” Smith declares on “Uuhhh.” So is originality.
