Northridge Surgery Center Building Purchased

Bendheim Enterprises, Los Angeles, has purchased a 15,000-square-foot medical building, housing the Northridge Surgery Center, located at 8327-8333 Reseda Blvd., Northridge. The property was sold under court order by the State Court Receiver. Ramsey-Shilling Co., Los Angeles, represented the buyer. Jalmar Properties Inc. represented the seller.
