THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG

The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Monday:

BREA

* East Heather Circle: A grand theft was reported in the 1900 block at 4:16 p.m. Saturday.

* East Cottonwood Drive: Lewd conduct was reported in the 600 block at 4:47 p.m. Friday.

* South Associated Road: A burglary was reported in the 400 block at 7:56 a.m. Friday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Swallow Avenue: A man made a citizen’s arrest of someone playing an electric guitar loudly in the 10200 block at 9:09 p.m. Saturday.

LAKE FOREST

* El Toro Road: A man robbed the Cal Fed Bank in the 23000 block at 2:50 p.m. Monday taking an undetermined amount of money. The man handed a note to a teller demanding money and ran out of the bank.

PLACENTIA

* South Highland Avenue: A stolen vehicle was reported in the 100 block at 4:41 p.m. Sunday.

* North Placentia Avenue: Tagging was reported in the 1800 block at 12:03 p.m. Sunday.

* Valencia Avenue: A hit-and-run misdemeanor was reported in the 1600 block at 7:58 a.m. Sunday.

* East Orangethorpe Avenue: A pipe bomb was found in a parking lot at 10:37 a.m. Friday.

TUSTIN

* Edinger Avenue and Jamboree Road: Report of a car accident at 9:11 a.m. Saturday. There were no injuries.

* Main Street: A car was stolen in the 16000 block at 12:39 p.m. Saturday.

* Park Center Lane: A reckless driver was reported in the 13000 block at 12:56 p.m. Saturday.

* Walnut Avenue: A home burglary was reported in the 17000 block at 4:28 p.m. Saturday.

YORBA LINDA

* Eureka Avenue: A grand theft was reported in the 4900 block at 10:20 a.m. Saturday.

* Millstone Place: A petty theft was reported in the 5600 block at 9:50 a.m. Friday.

* Abbey Glen Drive: An arson was reported in the 26000 block at 3:52 p.m. Thursday.

* Valley View Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 4700 block at 12:56 a.m. Thursday.

OTHER COMMUNITIES

ANAHEIM HILLS

* South Weir Canyon Road: A grand theft was reported in the 700 block at 10:40 p.m. Sunday.

* East Santa Ana Canyon Road: A petty shoplifting theft was reported in the 5600 block at 11:32 p.m. Friday.

* East Santa Ana Canyon Road: A man exhibiting a weapon was reported in the 6300 block at 11:20 p.m. Friday.

* West Oak Knoll Drive: A burglary was reported in the 1700 block at 9:49 p.m. Friday.

* West Avenida Margarita at Santa Ana Canyon Road: A hit-and-run misdemeanor was reported at noon Friday.
