FOUNTAIN VALLEY

In conjunction with Geography Awareness Week, the Orange County Water District, based in Fountain Valley, will hold a demonstration of its geographic information systems technology. The demonstration will be held from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Friday at the OCWD office, 10500 Ellis Ave. Water district staff will show people the technology as they use it in their jobs, and will let attendees do some hands-on work with the equipment. A limited number of aerial photos of neighborhoods will be given away.
