The City Council voted unanimously to appoint a five-member committee to help prioritize water quality improvement projects for December’s midyear budget review.
The committee will spend the next six months working on expenditures for storm drain and sewer upgrades for this year and next, as well as preparing alternatives.
The committee also will prioritize projects to be included in the 10-year capital improvement budget.
