Sheriff’s Department Seeking Help Finding Four Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four people for allegedly failing to appear in court or violating probation. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Kristina Mikami, 22, who also uses the last name Guillean, allegedly violated her probation on a conviction of possessing a controlled substance.

She was last known to have lived in the 4600 block of Frost Drive in Oxnard. Mikami is white, 5 feet 2, 160 pounds and has blond hair and blue eyes.

Victor Morales, 23, allegedly failed to appear in court on charges of possessing and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

He last worked at a tile store in Thousand Oaks and was last known to have lived in the 50 block of Majestic Court in Moorpark. He is Latino, 5 feet 7, 180 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. Tattooed on his right arm are the letters VS.

Jenny Dale Norton, 50, allegedly violated the terms of her probation on a conviction of welfare fraud. She last worked as a self-employed housekeeper and was last known to have lived in the 100 block of Surrey Way in Fillmore.

She is white, 5 feet 4, 160 pounds and has red hair and hazel eyes.

Keri Lea Keenan, 33, who also uses the last name of Rollins, allegedly violated the terms of her probation on a conviction for possessing a controlled substance.

She last worked at a residential care center in Tarzana and was last known to have lived in the 700 block of Pine Tree Circle in Thousand Oaks. She is white, 5 feet 8, 135 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.
