FocusWireless.com Merges With Cellular Wholesalers

FocusWireless.com, Chatsworth, said it has merged with Cellular Wholesalers Inc., Chicago, for $5 million in cash and 2.25 million in shares of FocusWireless.com paid to CWI shareholders.

Focus reported a net loss for the third quarter ended Sept. 30 of $292,000 compared with a loss of $840,000 for the same period last year. Revenues rose to $13.4 million from $4.1 million.

The company distributes wireless telecom products.
