THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG

The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports:

BREA

* Brea Mall: A burglary was reported in the 7000 block at 6:18 p.m. Friday.

* East Saturn Street: A grand theft was reported in the 2800 block at 10:27 a.m. Friday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Santa Carlotta Street: White spray paint was used to write foul language on a handball court and bathroom doors at Courreges School in the 18300 block at 5:03 p.m. Saturday.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Slater Avenue: Four juveniles moved a sofa onto the railroad tracks at the intersection with Gothard Street and were sitting on it at 12:58 p.m. Sunday.

PLACENTIA

* East Crowther Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 100 block at 3:14 p.m. Thursday.

TUSTIN

* Red Hill Avenue: A suspicious person was reported in the 14000 block at 12:23 p.m. Friday.

YORBA LINDA

* Plumosa Drive: A rape was reported in the 4600 block at 4:03 a.m. Thursday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports Monday: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Dana Point, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, La Habra, Lake Forest, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, Orange, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Stanton, Villa Park and Westminster.
