Residents have until Dec. 10 to enter their outdoor holiday display in the city’s annual Holiday Home Decorating Contest. The outside displays will be judged Dec. 13 by members of the community. Each year, between 20 and 40 homes enter the contest, which includes categories for most creative use of lights, best lawn, best homemade decorations, best overall home and best neighborhood.
