One NetPlus.com Names West President
Russell West has been named president of OneNetPlus.com. in Santa Ana. He will oversee operations, business development and marketing efforts worldwide. Previously, West was executive vice president and chief technology officer of the Technology Services division of Comdisco Corp. in Chicago and was involved in applications development at Electronic Data Systems Corp.
* Steven J. Goto has been appointed to the newly created position of chief technology officer for Biomerica Inc. in Newport Beach. Goto had been director of information technology for autobytel.com Inc. in Irvine. His previous experience includes IT architect and network operations manager for Sprint PCS-Cox Communications, network operations manager and business development manager for AirTouch Cellular and project manager, engineer and technical contributor for General Motors-Hughes Aircraft Co.
* Jeffrey D. Egertson has been made a partner in the real estate group of Deloitte & Touche LLP in Costa Mesa. Before joining the firm, he was senior vice president and chief financial officer of New Plan Excel Realty Trust Inc., a shopping center REIT. Egertson has also been vice president, financial services for TrizecHahn Centers Management Inc.
* Kenneth R. Carr is the new vice president of client services for the TriZetto Group in Newport Beach. Before joining TriZetto, Carr was senior vice president for NCI Healthcare Services. He also served as regional vice president and general manager at Medaphis Physician Services Corp.
