Muir 21, Lancaster 14--Muir’s first pass proved to be the deciding play. Everett Brothers scored on a 79-yard pass play from Kelvan Price late in the third quarter to lift the Mustangs at Lancaster.
Lancaster (1-3) had taken a 14-13 lead two minutes earlier on an 18-yard touchdown pass play from Josh Pratt to Dustin Stowe.
Lancaster was outgained in total yards, 362-165, but stayed close because Muir (2-2) lost three fumbles and was penalized seven times for 72 yards.
