WESTMINSTER
The city is hosting a youth conference Oct. 13 for students to learn about leadership skills and how to accomplish life goals.
The 120 students from sixth to eighth grade have been selected by their principals and will spend the day listening to guest speakers, learning about subjects other than math and reading, said Jennifer Gaetano, the city’s spokeswoman.
