Ticketing Information
Tickets are distributed free of charge though Ticketmaster. You will need tickets to attend any of the indoor panel and speaker sessions because seating is limited. You will not need tickets for any outdoor events.
Ticket-holders must be in their seats 10 minutes before the session begins or risk losing their places to standbys. Thus, seats cannot be “saved” less than 10 minutes before the session is to begin.
Please read the information below on how, where and when to get tickets.
* What will I need tickets for?
You will need tickets for all indoor panel and speaker sessions.
You will not need tickets for the outdoor activities--at the Main Stage, Fitness Stage, Children’s Stage, Cooking Stage and Fitness Field--that are listed in the panel schedule page. Please refer to the map on S14-15 for stage locations.
* Where do I get tickets?
Tickets are available at more than 100 Ticketmaster sites throughout Southern California. For a list of participating locations, see page S4. Tickets are free. Ticketmaster and participating retailers are waiving the service charge to promote health and wellness awareness in Southern California. Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster until 5 p.m. Friday.
* How many tickets can I get?
There is a limit of four tickets per panel and up to eight tickets per person. We regret that we cannot honor requests for group tickets.
* Can I get tickets at the festival?
A limited number of tickets will be available at the on-site ticket booth near the Tommy Trojan statue from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. Tickets for Saturday sessions can be picked up only on Saturday; Sunday tickets can be picked up only on Sunday. Tickets will be distributed at the on-site location up to 30 minutes before sessions.
* Will there be a standby line?
Festival of Health attendees who do not have tickets may wait in the designated stand-by line outside each session room. Those attendees will be admitted to the room on a first-come, first-served basis if seats are unclaimed by ticketed guests 10 minutes before the session’s start.
* How do I return tickets?
People who do not plan to use their tickets are urged to return them to the nearest participating Ticketmaster outlet by 5 p.m. Thursday, or to the ticket booth at the festival up to one hour before each session.
* Am I guaranteed a seat if I have a ticket?
Not necessarily. Ticket-holders must be seated 10 minutes before the session’s scheduled start time. Ticket-holders who do not arrive by then risk losing their seats to those in the standby line. Consequently, seats cannot be saved.
Complimentary Bag
All Festival of Health attendees can pick up a complimentary festival bag. The bags are available at one of the four “Information/Bag Pick-Up” booths. For booth locations, please see the USC campus map on S14-15.
