Unova Names New Senior Vice President and General Counsel

* Woodland Hills-based Unova Inc., a manufacturer of industrial technologies and machine tools, has appointed Daniel S. Bishop senior vice president and general counsel. He replaces Norman Roberts, who is retiring. Bishop joined Unova from Paxar Corp. in New York, where he had been vice president and general counsel.

* Leslie Stevens has joined the local office of RHI Consulting as Southern California and Southwest regional manager. A division of Robert Half International Inc., Los Angeles-based RHI is an information technology consulting firm.

* Jay Rose has been appointed to the office of the president of First Consulting Group Inc., a Long Beach-based company that offers technology consulting to the health-care industry. Rose, who was chief operating officer of Integrated Systems Consulting Group Inc., which was merged with First Consulting last year, has served as First Consulting vice president and managing director for systems development services.

* Peter Mullin, founder of Los Angeles-based Mullin Consulting and co-founder of Strategic Compensation Associates and M Financial Holding Co., has pledged a donation of $5 million to UCLA’s Anderson School that will be used for faculty support and to finance an endowed chair, to be named the Peter W. Mullin Endowed Chair for Faculty Excellence.

* Los Angeles-based real estate brokerage Cushman Realty Corp. has named Harris Greenberg national director of information technology.
