THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG

The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Monday:

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Newhope Street: School officials found two locking blade knives clipped to a student’s belt at Los Amigos High School in the 16500 block at 1:30 p.m. Monday.

FULLERTON

* Cienaga Drive: A suspicious person was reported in the 300 block at 12:05 a.m. Monday.

* South Highland Avenue: Police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1400 block at 3:52 a.m. Monday.

* Palm Street: A burglar alarm was reported in the 4100 block at 2:28 a.m. Monday.

* West Valencia Drive: A burglar alarm was reported in the 500 block at 4:04 a.m. Monday.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Arbor Circle: A woman dug through the trash in the 16700 block and made a mess throwing it around at 7:38 a.m. Tuesday.

IRVINE

* Sand Canyon Avenue: The windshield of a vehicle was reported cracked by a chunk of wood that was thrown at it in the 14900 block at 9:42 a.m. Saturday.

* Thorn Tree: A caustic substance was reported poured on the roof, rear window and trunk of a white 1991 Acura Integra in the 5200 block at 7:54 a.m. Saturday.

* Oak Canyon: Police responded to a cat bite report in the 6400 block at 8:10 a.m. Friday.

* Meadowbrook Road: Police responded to a report of suspected arson at Woodbridge High School, in the first block at 2:04 p.m. Friday.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Empty Saddle Drive: A suspicious person was reported in the 25000 block at 4:31 p.m. Wednesday.

* Del Lago Drive: Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 23000 block at 12:26 p.m. Thursday.

LAGUNA NIGUEL

* Seaspray Lane: A disturbance from a party was reported in the 100 block at 12:34 a.m. Thursday.

* Niguel Road: A prowler was reported in the 29000 block at 11:31 p.m. Thursday.

* Benecia Avenue: A suspicious person was reported in the 30000 block at 9:26 a.m Wednesday.

LA HABRA

* South Harbor Boulevard: A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 300 block at 5:21 a.m. Monday.

* Harbor and La Habra boulevards: Police responded to a report of someone drunk in public at 1:16 a.m.

* West Imperial Highway: A burglar alarm was reported in the 1600 block at 2:36 a.m. Monday.

* West Mountain View Avenue: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 600 block at 7:29 a.m. Monday.

* East Whittier Boulevard: A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 900 block at 2:28 a.m. Monday.

LAKE FOREST

* Anthony Drive: A burglary was reported in the 22000 block at 7:51 p.m. Thursday.

* Eucalyptus Lane: A traffic accident was reported in the 23000 block at 11:02 a.m. Thursday.

* Lake Forest Drive and Aspan: A reckless driver was reported at 5:24 p.m. Thursday.

MISSION VIEJO

* Mosquero Lane: A burglary was reported in the 24000 block at 5:44 p.m Thursday.

VILLA PARK

* Patricia Drive: A burglar alarm was triggered in the 18000 block at 1:23 p.m. Thursday.

OTHER COMMUNITIES

ALISO VIEJO

* Aliso Creek Road and Liberty: A suspicious person was reported at 5:55 p.m. Thursday.
