The owner of the Dana Point Headlands and city officials met again for several hours Wednesday in the latest round of negotiations over the future of a 121-acre property along one of the last undeveloped oceanfront parcels in southern Orange County.
Representatives from Headlands Reserve LLC conferred with Mayor Ruby L. Netzley and Councilman Wayne Rayfield in what was the most recent in a series of ongoing discussions regarding the Headlands.
