Brea Olinda Unified School District officials said Thursday that they have completed the sale of $17.5 million in bonds and will begin making improvements to campuses immediately. Repairing windows, roofs, playgrounds, alarm systems and the drinking fountains at Brea Junior High School are first on the agenda. The district also plans to add classrooms to reduce crowding.
