MISSION VIEJO
The Mission Viejo Library is showcasing the work of three local artists through Jan. 7, 2000.
The library will feature watercolors by Buff Webster, who specializes in animal portraits; photographs by Ralph Palumbo, with an emphasis on children’s photos; and watercolors and acrylics by Frank J. Filippi.
The library also will display a selection of work from the Mission Viejo Pacific Coast Artists.
