The Planning Commission voted unanimously last week to approve the finishing touches for a new TGI Friday restaurant, allowing the building to have neon trim and a colorful sign.

Construction on the restaurant, on Eastpark Drive in the Savi Ranch Retail Center, is nearly complete. City reports said the design accents are standard features for the popular restaurant chain’s buildings and will be consistent with the look of other structures in the retail center.
