LA HABRA
Some La Habra schools, as well as others in the Fullerton Joint Union High School District, are not performing up to the standards the district set for itself, according to a recent report.
District officials reported substandard marks in several key areas and noted that satisfaction ratings among students, parents and staff are down from two years ago.
The biggest drop-offs have been in communication and facilities, although major improvements in student attendance and behavior also were reported.
