R.F. Chapman to Build Facility in Lancaster

Robert F. Chapman, a precision sheet metal manufacturing company currently based in Pacoima, is planning to build a 62,000-square-foot facility on 5.83 acres of land it plans to buy in the Lancaster Business Park, the company and Lancaster officials announced. The deal is subject to approval of the Lancaster City Council.
