Rainbow Technologies Inc.: The Irvine provider of Internet security products reported that third-quarter net income declined 19% to $2.1 million, or 18 cents a share, from $2.6 million, or 21 cents a share, for the corresponding quarter in 1998. Revenue increased 13% to $30.2 million.
