SAN CLEMENTE
The City Council was expected to accept a number of state transportation grants at last night’s meeting that will be used to complete nearly 30 street rehabilitation projects around San Clemente.
The city is in the eighth year of an agreement with the California Department of Transportation that provides supplemental funding for city street improvement projects. San Clemente is expected to receive nearly $1.1 million in Caltrans funds this year.
