The Irvine provider of managed care services in the workers’ compensation, accident and health and auto insurance markets said net income for the second fiscal quarter reached a record $3 million, or 36 cents a share, up 15% from $2.6 million, or 31 cents a share, for the like period last year. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 increased 13% to $45.9 million.
