Claire Schlotterbeck, president of Hills for Everyone, will speak tonight about efforts to save a wildlife corridor that links Chino Hills State Park and Cleveland National Forest.

The presentation will begin at 7 p.m. at the Yorba Linda Community Center, 4501 Casa Loma Ave.

The meeting, sponsored by the Organization of Unified Concerned Homeowners, is open to everyone.

Schlotterbeck for years has been working to preserve open space. Her latest efforts are in cooperation with the California Department of Parks and Recreation, which has proposed to buy the land in Coal Canyon to make the wildlife corridor a state park.
