The Santa Ana provider of audio and voice technologies recorded net income of $310,422, or 3 cents a share, for the third quarter, 62% higher than the $191,510, or 2 cents a share, a year earlier. Revenue declined 12% to $10 million. The company also announced the formation of a new subsidiary, SurroundMP3.com, to manage its Internet business ventures.
