The Planning Commission is considering a proposal to subdivide a nine-acre parcel of land into 50 single-family homes and five lots to be used for either a private park or road.
Saddleback Valley Christian School owns the proposed site at 32532 Alipaz St.
A private developer is expected to conduct a land exchange with the school to build on the property.
