YARC Systems Corp. in Camarillo, which specializes in Internet-based color-printing technologies, has completed the acquisition of Nevada-based Quality Photographic Imaging. Quality Photographic will operate as a division of YARC.

Quality Photographic specializes in three-dimensional versions of signs used in retail centers such as restaurants, vending machines and department stores. With the merger, YARC acquired a patent for a new class of signs that appear to change, or morph, as a viewer walks past them.

YARC has developed software that integrates printing technologies with the Internet and Internet browsers.
