The City Council last week approved reconstruction of Harbor Boulevard in a joint project with the city of Fullerton.
The overlay of Harbor Boulevard from Bastanchury Road to Las Palmas will be done by Fullerton, while La Habra oversees the stretch between Las Palmas Drive and south city limits. The cooperative project is expected to save the cities about $10,000. The total cost of the construction is $25,000. Information: (562) 905-9700.
