WESTMINSTER

Seniors are invited to the city’s Senior Center for free pampering from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Sept. 23. The annual event provides free haircuts, manicures, facials, massage therapy, and blood pressure and glucose checks by certified professionals.

New this year will be a wig expert and an eyeglasses professional to help seniors find the perfect look. The Westminster Senior Center is at 8200 Westminster Blvd. Information: (714) 895-2878.
