The La Habra-based charity Help for Brain Injury Children, or HBIC, is holding its 13th annual Pro-Am Charity Golf Classic today at Hacienda Golf Club in La Habra Heights.

The HBIC-Scott Simpson golf tournament begins at 8 a.m. with a full slate of 132 golfers, including industry leaders, businesspeople and north Orange County citizens who have each paid $295 to help HBIC meets its net goal of $50,000.
