Electrocon International to Become GETGO Mail.com

Electrocon International Inc., Universal City, announced that its board of directors has approved a name change to GETGO Mail.com, subject to shareholder approval.
The company says the change will better reflect its new focus on portable credit card-size products capable of receiving and sending remote voice mail, fax and e-mail through a standard telephone or cellular phone.
The company distributes semiconductor products, memory chips, integrated circuits and other products primarily in Hong Kong and China for a number of United States companies including Texas Instruments and TDK Semiconductors.
