International Remote Names Physician CEO

* Chatsworth-based International Remote Imaging Systems has named John A. O’Malley chairman and chief executive of the company that makes in vitro diagnostic imaging systems. O’Malley, a physician, succeeds Dr. Fred Deindoerfer, who announced his retirement.

* Culver City-based Styleclick.com Inc. said Barry W. Hall has joined the company as executive vice president of finance and chief financial officer. Hall was previously CFO at EarthLink Network Inc., which last week announced plans to merge with MindSpring to become the nation’s second-largest Internet service provider. Styleclick.com’s flagship site allows consumers to comparison-shop for brand-name merchandise by both category and price.
