The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Wednesday:

BREA

* South Redwood Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 100 block at 10:09 a.m. Monday.

* West Pioneer Street: A petty theft was reported in the 1000 block at 11:04 a.m. Monday.

* East Imperial Highway: A forgery was reported in the 2000 block at 3:44 p.m. Monday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Avenida Cinco de Mayo: Two known and documented Colonia Juarez gang members were stopped at the intersection with Ward Street for violating their probation at 8:22 p.m. Tuesday.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Avenida de Los Caballeros: Deputies recovered a stolen vehicle in the 24000 block at 2:05 p.m. Monday. The 1989 Buick Regal, stolen from Tustin, was returned to the owner.

* Via Lomas: CDs, stereos and miscellaneous equipment were reported stolen from three vehicles in the 25000 block at 10:30 a.m. Saturday.

* Salford: Stereos and other items were reported stolen from three vehicles in the 24000 block at 9 a.m. Monday.

LAKE FOREST

* El Toro Road and Northcrest Drive: A burglary was reported at 12:14 a.m. Tuesday.

* Front Street and Orange Avenue: A burglary was reported at 12:42 p.m. Tuesday.

* Swarts Drive and El Toro Road: A suspicious vehicle was reported at 11:39 p.m. Tuesday.

MISSION VIEJO

* Antigua: A traffic accident occurred in the 21000 block at 7:23 a.m. Tuesday.

* Los Alisos: Deputies arrested a 21-year-old man in the 23000 block at 3:50 p.m. Saturday on suspicion of giving false information and driving with a suspended license.

* Oso Parkway and Interstate 5: Deputies stopped a 43-year-old woman who had been driving on the sidewalk at 3:10 a.m. Friday. She was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

* San Lucas: A burglary was reported in the 28000 block at 6:21 a.m. Tuesday.

ORANGE

* Orange Park Boulevard: Report of shots fired in the 11000 block at 12:16 a.m. Tuesday.

PLACENTIA

* East Orangethorpe Avenue: A petty theft was reported in the 1000 block at 2:06 a.m. Monday.

* South Placentia Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 800 block at 9:28 a.m. Monday.

* North Valencia Avenue: A petty theft was reported in the 1000 block at 4:50 p.m. Monday.

TUSTIN

* Dall Lane: A burglary alarm was triggered in the 14000 block at 6:40 p.m. Tuesday.

VILLA PARK

* Wulff Drive: A burglary alarm was triggered in the 10000 block at 8:01 p.m. Tuesday.

* Featherhill Drive: A silent robbery alarm was triggered in the 9000 block at 10:19 p.m. on Tuesday.

YORBA LINDA

* River Bank Drive: A grand theft was reported in the 25000 block at 6:07 a.m. Monday.

* Channing Lane: A burglary was reported in the 20000 block at 9:18 a.m. Monday.

* Savi Ranch Parkway: A grand theft was reported in the 23000 block at 9:44 a.m. Monday.

* Via Del Rio: A grand theft was reported in the 23000 block at 10:59 a.m. Monday.

OTHER COMMUNITIES

ALISO VIEJO

* Via Jacinto: Six boxes of canned goods were stolen sometime between 10 p.m. Friday and midnight Saturday from a garage in the 23400 block.

* Ovation Lane: A skateboard and helmet were reported stolen from a garage at 4:10 p.m. Friday. The loss is valued at $200.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports Wednesday: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Dana Point, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, La Habra, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Stanton and Westminster.
