Talk Will Focus on European Relations

The Scandinavian Festival at Cal Lutheran University will include a symposium on international relations from 1 to 2:30 p.m. today.

Officials from Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark will discuss the new European monetary system and European Union relations with the Baltics and other nations.

The discussion will be moderated by Margareta Hegardt, former Swedish ambassador to Ireland.

The festival, which will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., will include dancers, musicians, arts and crafts, food booths, lectures and theatrical performances.
