CFO Resigns From Kaufman & Broad

* Los Angeles-based home builder Kaufman & Broad Home Corp. on Wednesday said Chief Financial Officer Michael Henn resigned, effective Friday. The company didn’t name a replacement.

Henn left to pursue opportunities “outside the home building business,” the company said. Henn, 51, who was also a senior vice president, joined Kaufman in 1994.

* Michael O. Johnson has been named president of Walt Disney International, a unit of Walt Disney Co. Johnson, 45, will coordinate the various international divisions, and take responsibility for regional marketing, brand management, consumer research and other initiatives outside the United States.

Johnson had served as president and managing director at Walt Disney International Asia since June 1999. Johnson joined Disney in 1986. He was appointed president of Buena Vista Home Video International in 1992 and was named president of Buena Vista Home Entertainment in 1997 when the North American and international home video organizations were merged.

* Michael Fuchs, a former top Time Warner executive, has been named interim CEO and chairman of MyTurn.com Inc., an Alameda, Calif.-based provider of Internet-based e-commerce computing products and services.

Fuchs, 54, who is currently on the company’s board, succeeds Paul Danner, who will continue to serve in the newly formed office of president. At one time, Fuchs served both as chairman and CEO of the HBO cable network and chairman of Warner Music Group. He resigned both positions in 1995.
