Others Were Far More Courageous Than Hillary

I read Social Circuits (April 4) and did not find one word as to why Hillary Clinton was chosen as a Woman of Courage. Just as there are no reasons to qualify her as a senator. She has no record in courage and she has no record, as far as background and experience are concerned, to be senator.

Nancy Reagan showed so much courage during the attempted assassination of her husband, and is showing so much courage today, as she faces the long goodbye from the man whom she adored and who adored her.

Betty Ford showed remarkable courage in facing her personal demons. She not only survived but went on to become an active force in helping others overcome their addictions.

These two former first ladies are so much more worthy of the title Woman of Courage than Hillary Clinton. But of course they are of the wrong political persuasion for the liberal Hollywood crowd.
