City staff will discuss the policy for painting street addresses on curbs at a study session today. The city code does not require residents to paint their addresses on the curbs in front of their homes. But, according to city staff, every year homeowners are approached by someone offering to provide the service for a fee. The staff proposes to make the public aware that these parties must comply with the city code.
