Cal State Fullerton will conduct interviews this week with four candidates for its men’s basketball coaching job.

Washington State assistant coach Gary Stewart said he will visit today, and New Mexico State assistant coach Thomas Trotter said he will be on campus Thursday. Cal State San Bernardino Coach Larry Reynolds will be interviewed Friday, and Utah assistant Donny Daniels on Saturday.

Daniels, a former Titan player and assistant coach, is regarded as the top candidate.

Stewart is a former coach at La Verne for eight years and Cal State Hayward for two years. Trotter coached Northeastern Illinois for 10 years before that program was dropped. Reynolds has been coach at Cal State San Bernardino for three seasons after working at UC Riverside and San Francisco as an assistant.
