* Safety-Kleen Corp., an industrial-waste recycler that suspended its chief executive last month after allegations of accounting irregularities, said it has received a subpoena from a federal grand jury in New York asking for documents related to its financial statements. Columbia, S.C.-based Safety-Kleen, which is 44%-owned by Canadian bus company Laidlaw Inc., didn’t return calls seeking comment.
