A Class in Using Software to Aid Minority Clients

Real estate professionals interested in learning how to use software to meet the housing challenges of minority clients are invited to attend a training seminar Wednesday at USC.

The three-hour class is sponsored by a consortium of six real estate associations, including Fannie Mae, the National Assn. of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and the Chinese American Real Estate Professionals Assn. of Southern California.

The three-hour class, “Click & Close: E-Nabling the Real Estate Transaction,” costs $15 (including breakfast and parking). It will be held in the Embassy Room at USC’s Davidson Conference Center, and begins at 9:30 a.m.
