Panelists Will Discuss Senior-Housing Projects
A panel of experts will discuss senior-housing development Wednesday at a joint meeting of the Los Angeles chapters of the Urban Land Institute and Commercial Real Estate Women.
Eldon Teper of Country Villa Health Services, Richard Washington of Retirement Housing Development and John Fogarty of GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp.’s Health Care Finance Group will debate the best methods to obtain financing, work with municipalities and develop a successful project.
