Greystone Leases Thousand Oaks Space for New Headquarters

Greystone Insurance has leased 8,322 square feet of office space in the Thousand Oaks Financial Plaza for relocation of its headquarters from the San Fernando Valley.

Greystone signed a five-year lease valued at $910,000 for the space at 195-325 E. Hillcrest Ave. in Thousand Oaks. About 30 people are employed at the site.

Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services represented Pacifica Capital Group, owner of the plaza.
