SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO

The Cultural Heritage Commission is scheduled to consider approving a city contract to help maintain the historical characteristics of three houses in the Los Rios District.

The houses are the Forster House, 31711 Los Rios St.; the Rodman House, 31721 Los Rios St.; and the Trulis House, 31733 Los Rios St.

Allan and Claudia Miccola, who own the three properties, have asked the city to help provide for the appropriate use, maintenance and rehabilitation of the houses.

If the commission approves the contract, it will be considered by the City Council for final approval.

The commission is scheduled to meet at 5 p.m. today at 32400 Paseo Adelante.
