The Aliso Viejo temporary staffing company posted earnings of $3.7 million, or 40 cents a share, for its fiscal second quarter, a gain over net income of $3.2 million, or 36 cents a share, for last year’s second quarter. Revenue increased to $134.5 million for the quarter ended April 2 from $114.6 million. For the first six months, RemedyTemp earned $7.6 million, or 84 cents a share, compared with earnings of $6.9 million, or 77 cents a share, in the same period last year. Revenue grew to $284.6 million from $234.4 million for the period.
