The Aliso Viejo maker of lithotripters, non-invasive instruments that break down kidney stones with shock waves, posted net income of $922,276, or 20 cents a share, for the first quarter, compared with $532,372, or 10 cents a share, for last year’s first three months. Revenue rose to $6.1 million from $4.9 million.
