The Irvine operator of Koo Koo Roo, El Torito and Chi-Chi’s restaurant chains lost $6.7 million, or 4 cents a share, for the first three months. That’s an improvement over its $8.4-million loss, or 5 cents a share, for last year’s first quarter. Revenue dipped to $133.1 million from $134.3 million.
