Picunko New Interplay Marketing Director

Robert Picunko has joined Interplay Entertainment Corp. in Irvine as director of marketing. Previously, Picunko was management supervisor on the Hasbro Interactive account for the advertising agency of Griffin-Bacal/DDB. Before that, Picunko was with Acclaim Entertainment for more than seven years in various marketing positions, including director of marketing, director of corporate communications and director of sports marketing.

* Judy Flores has been appointed chief executive of the McDonnell-Douglas West Federal Credit Union in Huntington Beach. She was previously senior vice president of the Golden 1 Credit Union in Sacramento.

* Scott Malec has been named chief financial officer of Dane-Elec Corp. in Irvine. He was formerly vice president of finance for

Morgan and Sampson Inc. Malec has also worked for Phillips Industries and Deloitte & Touche.

* Thomas G. McInerney has joined the board of directors of eFederal Inc. in Aliso Viejo. After serving 35 years as a pilot, commander and strategic planner in the U.S. Air Force, McInerney joined Loral Defense Systems-Eagan in 1994 as vice president of command and control. Later, he was chief executive and president of Business Executives for National Security and established his own consulting firm, Government Reform Through Technology, in January.

* Michelle Burge is the new vice president of finance for Professional Community Management Inc. in Lake Forest. She had been vice president/controller for four years.
