LaDuke Is Running
* Mike Downey lamented in his Aug. 6 column that there will be no non-Caucasians and women running for the two highest national offices this year. Well, he is overlooking Winona LaDuke, a Native American and Harvard graduate, who is Ralph Nader’s running mate. More coverage must be given to the Nader-LaDuke campaign because it will be a decisive factor in who wins the November election.
